During application, construction conditions and procedures must be strictly controlled. Installation should be avoided in rainy weather, high humidity, or extreme temperatures, as these conditions may negatively affect curing performance. The sealant should be applied at the specified thickness and in a continuous manner to ensure full filling of joints and prevent voids or discontinuities.
Proper curing and protection are also necessary after application. Sufficient time must be allowed for complete curing, during which external disturbance, contamination, or water exposure should be avoided. For critical areas, inspection and minor repairs may be required to ensure overall sealing quality.
Finally, during service life, sealed joints should be inspected regularly. Signs of aging, cracking, or detachment should be addressed promptly to extend service life and maintain structural safety.
