Unlike conventional waterproofing membranes that contain bitumen, this high polymer waterproof membrane is a fully bitumen-free system based on synthetic polymer materials.
It offers a clean, environmentally friendly, solvent-free, and low-odor solution, making it suitable for sensitive environments such as food processing plants, pharmaceutical facilities, and clean industrial zones.
The system is available in multiple material options, including PVC, TPO, and HDPE. Each system provides distinct performance characteristics, while all versions deliver long service life and reliable waterproofing performance.
Installation Method and Long-Term Performance
Most high polymer waterproof membrane systems are installed using hot-air welding technology. A hot air gun is applied to the seam area, fusing the two layers into a single continuous waterproof sheet. This creates a fully sealed joint with no risk of water penetration.
Self-adhesive versions are also available, allowing peel-and-stick installation depending on project requirements.
The membrane offers high elongation of over 200%, enabling it to accommodate structural movement such as settlement or deformation without cracking or tearing.
It also maintains flexibility at low temperatures down to -30°C, ensuring reliable performance in cold climates.

The membrane offers tensile strength exceeding 10 MPa and elongation at break above 200%. Thickness options range from 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm, with widths of 1 m or 2 m.
