Underground engineering operates under complex environments of high water pressure, high humidity and soil corrosion with extremely high requirements on water immersion resistance and anti-seepage grade of coatings. Below-grade waterproofing coating is a high-performance waterproof product specially developed for harsh underground working conditions. Our below-grade waterproofing coating adopts modified polyurethane and cement composite formula. After film formation, it forms dense cross-linked structure with anti-seepage grade above P10. After 180 days of continuous water immersion, performance retention rate exceeds 94%, far superior to industry average. It can be constructed directly on damp base surfaces without standing water, perfectly adapting to humid and tight construction environment of underground projects. It has been applied in dozens of subway stations, underground pipe galleries and large basement projects nationwide with stable waterproof effect even in high underground water level areas.
Traditional underground waterproofing mostly adopts single membrane scheme with difficult joint treatment leading to easy water channeling. Our coating can form composite waterproof system matched with membranes: coating seals base and membrane serves as main waterproof layer to greatly improve waterproof reliability. Anti-microbial and anti-soil corrosion components are added into the formula to avoid mold and degradation in dark and humid underground environments with service life synchronized with building structure. Quality Control
We set internal quality control standards stricter than national standards for below-grade waterproofing coating. Raw materials such as resin, cement and fillers pass special water and corrosion resistance testing upon entry, and unqualified raw materials are rejected. During production, reaction temperature, dispersion speed and feeding sequence are fully monitored to ensure uniform cross-linking degree and stable performance of each batch. Before delivery, finished products pass 7-day accelerated water immersion test simulating long-term underground immersion, and batches with excessive performance attenuation are all reworked. A complete quality traceability system is established with unique batch number for each batch traceable to raw material source, production time and testing records. We accept on-site inspection by third-party institutions, and all delivered products come with complete inspection reports and certificates. Within the 1-year warranty period, we take full responsibility for all quality problems.
