Spray-applied liquid waterproof membrane solves this industry pain point with mechanized spraying advantages. Our spray-applied liquid waterproof membrane adopts high-solid fast-curing polyurethane formula matched with high-pressure airless spraying equipment. Continuous and uniform waterproof film can be formed on concrete, metal and masonry base surfaces. Construction efficiency is over 5 times higher than manual brushing, with daily construction area over 3,000㎡, very suitable for time-critical large-scale projects. It features good atomization and dense film without pinholes, fully covering internal and external corners and pipe roots to eliminate leakage hidden dangers caused by missing and uneven brushing. It has been applied in many large municipal pipe gallery and industrial plant projects to greatly shorten waterproof construction cycles.
Many spray coatings on the market cure slowly and sag easily with discontinuous film. We optimize curing system and rheological properties of our product to realize fast surface drying without sagging after spraying, suitable for vertical and top surface construction with uniform thickness. The product is divided into single-component and two-component series: single-component can be used directly after opening bucket with simple operation for small-medium projects; two-component mixes on site with fast curing and strong physical performance for large key projects. We can provide spraying equipment operation guidance and construction process training as supporting services. Curing speed can be adjusted according to construction temperature and demands to customize fast-curing, conventional and slow-curing versions adapting to different climates and construction rhythms. In terms of performance, tensile strength, elongation and weather resistance can be adjusted to customize exposed, underground and corrosion-resistant special formulas. Packaging specifications include 20kg, 50kg and 200kg drums, supporting neutral packaging and OEM private label with fully customized labels and shipping marks. We can adjust coating viscosity and atomization parameters according to client's spraying equipment to achieve optimal spraying effect. Custom sample development only takes 1 week, and the MOQ for coating products is 1 ton per model. Mixing different models to meet total order quantity is allowed to flexibly adapt to personalized demands of various projects.
Packaging & Transportation
We design exclusive export packaging for spray-applied liquid waterproof membrane adapting to engineering properties and transportation requirements. Thick inner plastic coated iron drums are adopted with sealed inner lids and anti-theft outer lids to eliminate leakage during transportation. Large tonnage orders are packed as whole pallets with double reinforcement of strapping bands and stretch film to ensure safety during loading and ocean shipping. Packaging specifications and methods can be confirmed in advance through communication with clients to fully comply with international ocean shipping and dangerous goods transportation standards. We support all trade terms including EXW, FOB and DDP, and cooperate with freight forwarders with dangerous goods transportation qualification for long time to provide compliant ocean shipping schemes and competitive logistics quotations. Photos are taken throughout container loading to clarify cargo status and eliminate disputes over transportation damage.
