Our two-component polyurethane waterproof coating is made of imported polyether polyol and modified isocyanate as core raw materials through pre-polymerization and scientific formula deployment, belonging to reaction-curing polymer waterproof coating. After mixing Component A and Component B, it crosslinks and cures at room temperature to form a dense, flexible and seamless waterproof membrane. Its solid content exceeds 95%, far higher than the industry average. After film formation, tensile strength reaches over 2.0MPa and breaking elongation exceeds 450%, which can effectively resist tensile stress caused by foundation settlement and temperature deformation without easy cracking and leakage. After 12 years of formula iteration and verification in hundreds of engineering projects, our polyurethane coating can maintain stable waterproof performance for more than 8 years even under exposed outdoor conditions, making it a designated supply product for many central enterprise general contractors.
A large number of low-cost products on the market cut costs by filling solvents and inferior fillers, resulting in low solid content, brittle film and easy cracking within 2 to 3 years. We implement hierarchical control of raw materials, with sufficient pure resin content in Component A and accurate curing agent ratio in Component B without cutting corners. Meanwhile, anti-ultraviolet and hydrolysis-resistant components are added into the formula, forming exposed and non-exposed series to precisely match different scenarios. It can be brushed, rolled or scraped for construction, and can completely cover irregular nodes. For overseas agents, this product targets the mid-to-high end market with sufficient profit margins. Customization Capacity
We support full-dimensional customization of two-component polyurethane waterproof coating. In terms of performance, tensile strength, elongation and low-temperature flexibility can be adjusted to customize cold-resistant, high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant versions. Packaging specifications include 20kg, 50kg and 200kg drums, supporting neutral packaging and OEM private label with fully customized labels and shipping marks. Curing speed and construction viscosity can be adjusted according to construction habits in different regions. Custom sample development only takes 1 week, and the MOQ for coating products is 1 ton per model. Mixing different models to meet the total order quantity is allowed to greatly reduce trial and inventory costs for agents.
Packaging & Transportation
Export packaging is one of our core strengths. In view of the liquid property of waterproof coatings, thick inner plastic coated iron drums are adopted, with sealed inner lids and outer wooden pallets bundled and reinforced, fully complying with international ocean shipping quarantine standards for leak-proof, moisture-proof, pressure-proof and fire-proof purposes. Packaging specifications and methods can be confirmed in advance through communication with clients. We support all trade terms including EXW, FOB and DDP, and cooperate with professional dangerous goods freight forwarders for a long time to provide compliant ocean shipping solutions and competitive logistics quotations. Photos are taken throughout container loading to clarify cargo status and avoid disputes over transportation damage.
Quality Control
We have obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and established a full-process traceability system from raw material incoming to finished product delivery. Every batch of polyurethane coating undergoes three inspections: raw material purity and index testing upon entry, sampling inspection of solid content and viscosity every hour during production, and 100% visual inspection plus sampling performance testing of finished products before delivery. Products can only be delivered if core indicators such as tensile strength, elongation, low-temperature flexibility and water impermeability are qualified. We accept on-site inspection by third-party institutions such as SGS and BV. All delivered products come with complete quality inspection reports and certificates. With 12 years of production experience and strict quality control standards, our product qualification rate always stays above 99.5%.
