Non-curing rubber bitumen coating is a permanently plastic, non-setting waterproofing material based on rubber, bitumen, and softening oils.

The product exhibits high creep deformation capacity, allowing it to accommodate structural movement and stress redistribution without cracking or tearing.
With a solid content exceeding 98%, the formulation contains minimal volatile components, ensuring long-term stability and mass retention after application.
Functional Mechanism and System Integration
The coating is typically applied in a hot-applied state at 150°C to 160°C, forming a fluid waterproofing layer upon installation.
It can be applied by spraying or scraping onto prepared substrates.
Immediately after application, waterproofing membranes can be installed on top, forming a composite waterproofing system (composite waterproofing structure).
The coating acts as a bonding and sealing interlayer between the substrate and the membrane system, enhancing overall waterproofing integrity.
Under localized stress or micro-defects, the material exhibits self-sealing behavior by flowing into voids and maintaining continuity of the waterproof layer.
Performance Characteristics
The material remains stable at service temperatures up to 65°C without flow deformation.
It maintains flexibility at -20°C, ensuring performance in cold climate conditions.
The coating provides reliable adhesion to concrete substrates, including damp surfaces, with bond strength exceeding 0.2 MPa.
