Our elastomeric waterproofing liquid membrane coating forms a seamless membrane after application. It is applied by roller or spray and cures into a continuous, joint-free waterproof layer from one end to the other, eliminating overlaps and weak points.
The product is based on polymer emulsion and features high elasticity and high mechanical strength. It is suitable for concrete, mortar, color steel sheets, roofs, and wall surfaces.
The coating is water-based, low odor, and has low VOC emissions.
Crack Bridging and Flexibility Performance
Our elastomeric waterproofing liquid membrane coating has high elongation, enabling it to bridge cracks ranging from 0.5 mm to 2 mm.
As buildings move and concrete undergoes shrinkage and thermal expansion, cracks may form. Conventional coatings tend to crack under movement, while our system remains flexible and maintains integrity.
The coating also provides strong adhesion to substrates, preventing peeling and blistering.
It is suitable for complex details such as corners, pipe penetrations, and drainage points. Brush application allows precise detailing, while roller application enables efficient coverage of large areas.
Outdoor Durability and Factory Support
