Technical Parameters
This product is based on a high-elastic liquid waterproofing membrane. Short alkali-resistant fibers (such as polyester or fiberglass) are incorporated into the formulation.
When applied, the fibers disperse uniformly throughout the coating, forming a three-dimensional reinforcing network within the cured film, similar to a structural mesh.
This fiber network significantly enhances mechanical performance:
- Tensile strength increases by 30%–80%
- Tear strength increases by 30%–80%
- Crack-bridging capability reaches up to 3 mm
In addition, the fibers improve overall adhesion performance of the membrane.
Puncture Resistance and Durability Performance
This fibre-reinforced elastomeric membrane provides excellent resistance to puncture and mechanical damage.
It can withstand pedestrian traffic and incidental impact from tools or stones. Local damage does not propagate, as the internal fiber network helps prevent crack or tear expansion.
The system retains all advantages of elastomeric liquid membranes, including seamless formation, long-term outdoor durability, water-based formulation, and eco-friendly characteristics. Heat-reflective properties are also maintained.
This product is especially suitable for roofs exposed to foot traffic or substrates with sharp aggregates.
Application and Factory Support
Application is consistent with conventional liquid-applied membranes. It can be applied by roller, brush, or spray without requiring special installation skills.
