In high-temperature summer, roof surface temperature of factories can reach over 60℃, accelerating aging of waterproof layers and greatly increasing air conditioning energy consumption. Heat-reflective roof waterproof coating integrates waterproof and heat insulation functions to solve two major pain points of roof leakage and high temperature in one step. Our heat-reflective roof waterproof coating takes high-elastic acrylic emulsion as base material, mixed with high-purity hollow glass beads and infrared reflective fillers. After film formation, it forms continuous elastic waterproof film and efficiently reflects visible and infrared light in sunlight with solar reflectance over 0.85, reducing roof surface temperature by 10-15℃ in summer and cutting air conditioning energy consumption by about 20%. It also features excellent weather resistance with outdoor service life over 8 years. It has been applied in dozens of industrial plant and logistics park roof renovation projects with remarkable waterproof and heat insulation effects highly recognized by clients.
Traditional roof heat insulation requires two procedures: waterproof layer and heat insulation layer with long construction period, high cost and easy hollowing between layers. Our integrated coating shortens construction period and reduces comprehensive cost without extra heat insulation and protective layers. It has good anti-fouling performance and rain self-cleaning to recover reflective effect after dust accumulation with slow attenuation of heat insulation performance. Standard and reinforced grades are available: reinforced version adds more heat insulation fillers for stronger cooling effect, suitable for high-temperature areas and energy-saving demanding projects. Payment Terms

Conventional standard orders adopt 30% advance payment + 70% balance payment, with balance payable against copy of bill of lading to guarantee transaction safety for both parties. Customized products and large-scale project orders adopt 50% advance payment + 50% balance payment with weekly synchronization of production progress and controllable delivery schedules. US dollar T/T is supported, and letters of credit can be negotiated for large projects to reduce bilateral risks. Packaging & Transportation
We design exclusive export packaging for heat-reflective roof waterproof coating adapting to engineering properties and transportation requirements. 20kg and 50kg thick plastic drums are adopted with double sealed lids to eliminate leakage during transportation. Outer wooden pallets are packed as whole units with double reinforcement of strapping bands and stretch film to ensure safety during loading and ocean shipping. Packaging labels and shipping marks can be fully customized, supporting neutral packaging and OEM private label. We support all trade terms including EXW, FOB and DDP, and cooperate with professional international freight forwarders for long time to provide competitive logistics quotations.
