In underground and roof planting scenarios with backfill soil and puncture risks of gravel, ordinary liquid rubber coatings have insufficient puncture resistance. Fiber-reinforced liquid rubber coating greatly improves physical strength while maintaining high elasticity of rubber through fiber reinforcement technology. Our fiber-reinforced liquid rubber coating takes high-elastic rubber bitumen emulsion as base material, mixed with high-strength polypropylene short fibers and functional fillers. After film formation, fibers form three-dimensional network inside the film. Compared with ordinary liquid rubber coatings, tear strength increases by 50% and puncture resistance by 35%, while breaking elongation remains above 600% with both rigidity and flexibility. It can adapt to base deformation and resist external puncture. It has been applied in many underground parking lot top slab backfill and roof planting projects to withstand the test of backfill soil and plant roots with stable waterproof performance.
Many fiber-reinforced coatings on the market only simply add fibers leading to fiber agglomeration and film defects. We adopt special surface treatment and dispersion technology to disperse fibers evenly and fully combine with rubber base without agglomeration and pinholes for stable reinforcement effect. Adopting cold construction process without heating and open flame, it can be brushed, scraped or sprayed directly after opening bucket. It can be constructed on damp base surfaces with low flatness requirements, very suitable for underground engineering environments.
