In exposed roofs and exterior walls under long-term UV irradiation, ordinary styrene-acrylic coatings are prone to yellowing, chalking and cracking with short service life. Pure acrylic waterproof coating takes imported 100% pure acrylic emulsion as core raw material without styrene copolymer mixing, with excellent UV and weather resistance. It will not yellow, chalk or crack after long-term outdoor exposure with service life over 10 years. It maintains good elasticity and elongation to adapt to thermal expansion, contraction and tiny deformation of base, with stable waterproof performance and rich colors with excellent color retention integrating waterproof and decorative functions. It has been applied in many high-end residential, commercial building exposed roof and exterior wall projects with high recognition of appearance and performance by clients.
Many low-cost "pure acrylic coatings" on the market use styrene-acrylic emulsion as counterfeit with large amount of fillers leading to poor weather resistance, yellowing and cracking within 2-3 years. Our product strictly adopts 100% pure acrylic emulsion with high solid content and reasonable filler proportion to guarantee weather resistance and mechanical performance. Matte and semi-gloss textures are optional with standard colors including white, gray, brick red and sky blue, and customized colors are available per color cards to perfectly match architectural design styles. Every batch of emulsion passes purity and accelerated aging testing upon entry to avoid counterfeiting pure acrylic with styrene-acrylic. Customization Capacity
