This product is a two-component system. One component consists of cement and fine sand, while the other is a polymer emulsion. The two components are mixed on site to form a grey, water-based paste.

The coating can be applied by brush or trowel and cures into a solid waterproof layer with excellent adhesion. It can also serve as a base for tiles or mortar finishes.
This product is widely used in residential waterproofing applications due to its cost-effectiveness and ease of use.
Application Areas and Limitations
Our polymer cement-based waterproof coating is suitable for a wide range of applications, including bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and basement walls.
It offers good water resistance and freeze resistance, ensuring long-term durability in normal environmental conditions.
However, it is not suitable for two specific conditions:
First, it should not be used in areas with long-term high hydrostatic pressure, as water pressure may penetrate the system over time.
Second, it is not suitable for metal substrates due to poor adhesion performance.
For high-pressure waterproofing or metal surfaces, alternative systems should be used. For normal concrete and mortar substrates, this product is an ideal solution.
