Our high viscosity anti-slip waterproof coating is specifically designed to solve this problem. It has a thick consistency that stays in place after application. It does not sag or drip, even when applied in thick layers.
The coating is water-based and modified with rubber and bitumen, making it suitable for vertical and underground sidewall applications.
After curing, it provides a stable surface for membrane installation, preventing membrane slippage during construction.
How This Coating Works with Waterproof Membranes
This high viscosity anti-slip waterproof coating is designed for composite waterproofing systems.
First, the substrate is cleaned. The coating is then applied by roller or trowel. It fills surface pores in the concrete and acts as a bonding layer.
A waterproof membrane is then applied on top as the primary waterproofing layer. Together, the system forms a strong composite structure.
The coating prevents water migration between the membrane and the substrate, ensuring a tight bond and eliminating water channels.
Its high elasticity allows it to accommodate structural movement and cracks, reducing the risk of membrane damage or tearing.
Damp Surface Application and Factory Support
This coating can be applied on damp substrates, provided there is no standing water. This improves efficiency in underground waterproofing projects.
