Ordinary coatings are prone to blistering, peeling and degradation. Swimming pool waterproof coating is a special waterproof product developed for long-term immersion scenarios. Our swimming pool waterproof coating adopts environmental polyurethane and acrylic composite formula. After film formation, it forms dense cross-linked structure without swelling, peeling and harmful substance precipitation under long-term water immersion, with excellent resistance to chloride ion, ozone and disinfectant corrosion. Its environmental performance reaches drinking water contact grade without toxicity and harm, and will not affect water quality. The film surface is smooth and delicate with both waterproof and decorative effects. It has been applied in many natatoriums, landscape pools and water park projects with stable waterproof performance after over 5 years of service.
Many ordinary coatings on the market can only work in short-term water immersion and degrade rapidly after long soaking. Our product passes 365-day accelerated water immersion test with performance retention rate over 92%, far superior to industry average. Standard colors include sky blue and light gray, and no extra decorative layer is needed after brushing. It has good elasticity to adapt to tiny deformation of pool structures. It can be brushed and rolled on new and old pools. For agents, this product has strong targeting and high added value. Packaging & Transportation
We design exclusive export packaging for swimming pool waterproof coating adapting to engineering properties and transportation requirements. Thick food-grade plastic drums of 20kg and 50kg are adopted with double sealed lids to eliminate leakage during transportation. Outer wooden pallets are packed as whole units with double reinforcement of strapping bands and stretch film to ensure safety during loading and ocean shipping. Packaging labels and shipping marks can be fully customized, supporting neutral packaging and OEM private label.
