As the mainstream standard product for indoor kitchen and bathroom waterproofing, two-component polymer cement coating (JS coating) features environmental friendliness, strong bonding with cement base and direct tile pasting, always serving as a rigid-demand product for home decoration and indoor engineering markets. Our two-component polymer cement coating is composed of high-solid acrylic polymer liquid material, special cement and graded quartz powder. After mixing liquid and powder, polymer film forming and cement hydration proceed simultaneously to form a composite waterproof layer with both flexibility and rigidity. It has high elasticity to cover tiny cracks of base and strong adhesion with concrete base over 1.0MPa to avoid hollowing after tile pasting. Adopting water-based environmental formula without irritating odor and harmful volatile substances, it can be used for drinking water tanks and other high-standard scenarios, serving as core sales product for our home decoration and indoor engineering channels.
Many low-cost JS coatings on the market cut costs by greatly reducing liquid proportion and replacing quartz sand with heavy calcium, resulting in brittle film, easy cracking and hollowing after tile pasting. We strictly control liquid-powder ratio with sufficient polymer solid content in liquid material and high-grade special cement and graded sand in powder to form dense and flexible film with strong adhesion to tile adhesive. The product is divided into Type I (high elasticity for non-long-term water immersion such as roofs and walls) and Type II (high strength for long-term water immersion such as kitchens and bathrooms), which can be accurately matched according to working conditions. For overseas agents, this product has high market recognition and fast inventory turnover. Payment Terms
We provide flexible and diversified payment solutions to adapt to the capital operation rhythm of overseas purchasers. Conventional standard orders adopt 30% advance payment + 70% balance payment, with balance payable against copy of bill of lading to ensure transaction safety for both parties. Customized products adopt 50% advance payment + 50% balance payment with weekly synchronization of production progress for controllable delivery schedules. US dollar T/T is supported, and letters of credit can be negotiated for long-term cooperative clients to reduce capital occupation pressure. Tiered price discounts are set for mass purchases and annual framework cooperation: higher annual purchase volume brings lower unit price, together with exclusive benefits such as priority production scheduling and free technical guidance. Customization Capacity
We support full-dimensional customization of two-component polymer cement coating. In terms of performance, liquid-powder ratio, elasticity and strength can be adjusted to customize high-elastic, high-strength and fast-drying versions. Packaging specifications include 5kg, 20kg and 50kg drums, supporting neutral packaging and OEM private label with fully customized brand labels and shipping marks. Standard color is gray, while white, blue and other colors can be customized. Custom sample development only takes 1 week, and the MOQ for coating products is 1 ton per model. Mixing different models to meet total order quantity is allowed to flexibly adapt to differentiated demands of different clients.
