Composite Geomembrane Liner

In engineering works such as landfills, tailings ponds and hydraulic dikes, single geomembranes are prone to puncturing by sand, stone and plant roots, while single geotextiles deliver no anti-seepage function. Composite geomembrane liner integrates geotextile and geomembrane as a single unit to simultaneously deliver anti-seepage, protection, filtration and reinforcement multi-functional performance, serving as the mainstream option for large-scale anti-seepage projects.

Product Description

In engineering works such as landfills, tailings ponds and hydraulic dikes, single geomembranes are prone to puncturing by sand, stone and plant roots, while single geotextiles deliver no anti-seepage function. Composite geomembrane liner integrates geotextile and geomembrane as a single unit to simultaneously deliver anti-seepage, protection, filtration and reinforcement multi-functional performance, serving as the mainstream option for large-scale anti-seepage projects. Our composite geomembrane liner is manufactured by hot melt lamination of premium non-woven geotextile and HDPE geomembrane, available in multiple structures including one-layer geotextile one-layer geomembrane, two-layer geotextile one-layer geomembrane and multi-layer geotextile multi-layer geomembrane. The geotextile layer effectively buffers external force and protects the anti-seepage membrane from puncture damage, while the geomembrane layer provides a reliable anti-seepage barrier-the integrated overall performance far surpasses single materials. This composite geomembrane liner features a permeability coefficient as low as 1×10⁻¹³ cm/s alongside outstanding puncture resistance and acid-alkali corrosion resistance, deployed in multiple large-scale domestic landfill and reservoir anti-seepage projects with stable anti-seepage performance maintained after over 10 years of maximum service life.

Unlike inferior products on the market adopting simple adhesive lamination, our composite geomembrane liner uses high-temperature hot melt lamination processes for firm bonding between geotextile and geomembrane with no delamination or detachment even after long-term immersion in water. The geotextile is manufactured from 100% brand-new polypropylene staple fibers via needle punching for high strength and favorable filtration performance; the geomembrane is produced with brand-new high-density polyethylene resin for stable anti-seepage performance and superior anti-aging properties. The maximum membrane width reaches 6 meters, drastically reducing on-site joint quantities to lower leakage risks. We can customize combinations of geotextile gram weight and geomembrane thickness per project demands to flexibly match varying anti-seepage grades and budget requirements of different works. For agents, this product serves as the core anti-seepage material for environmental and hydraulic engineering projects with stable large market demand. Paired with our full-specification supply capacity and technical support, it enables you to easily secure bulk project orders.

Quality Control

We have established a strict full-process quality control system for composite geomembrane liner. Upon raw material incoming delivery, polypropylene fiber and polyethylene resin undergo full-set performance testing, with unqualified raw materials firmly rejected. During production, online monitoring of geotextile gram weight uniformity and geomembrane thickness deviation is implemented, with hourly sampling testing of composite peel strength to guarantee firm bonding between fabric and membrane. 100% visual inspection and sampling performance testing are conducted for finished products before delivery, covering core indicators including breaking strength, burst strength, permeability coefficient and peel strength-no batches failing any indicator are permitted to leave the factory. The factory is equipped with a constant temperature and humidity professional testing laboratory with regularly calibrated all testing devices for authentic and reliable testing data. On-site inspection by third-party institutions designated by clients is supported, with testing reports delivered alongside all goods. After 12 years of production experience and continuous process optimization, our product qualification rate consistently ranks among industry leaders for stable and guaranteed quality.

Factory Strength

As a professional manufacturer with 12 years of deep engagement in anti-seepage materials, we operate multiple automated composite geomembrane production lines delivering a monthly output of 800,000 ㎡, capable of meeting bulk supply demands for large-scale engineering projects. The plant covers 16,000 ㎡ with an independent R&D center and testing laboratory fully equipped with geosynthetic material performance testing devices to independently complete full-set testing of physical mechanical performance, hydraulic performance and durability. We maintain long-term technical cooperation with multiple domestic research institutes and universities to continuously optimize production processes and product formulas. Our products have been exported to over 30 countries and regions including Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa, participating in numerous local hydraulic and environmental protection engineering works with rich overseas project service experience accumulated. By partnering with us, you gain access to premium products alongside professional technical support and reliable supply guarantees.

Payment Terms

We adopt flexible payment policies fully adapted to capital operation rhythms of overseas purchasers and engineering clients. Standard finished product orders follow the settlement rule of 30% advance payment + 70% balance payment, with the balance payable against copy of bill of lading to guarantee safe transactions for both parties. Customized specification and large-scale project orders adopt 50% advance payment + 50% balance payment, with weekly synchronization of production progress for fully controllable delivery schedules. US dollar telegraphic transfer settlement is supported, and letters of credit can be negotiated for million-level large-volume projects to lower transaction risks for both parties. Tiered unit price discount systems are available for annually cooperative agents and engineering clients-higher annual purchase volumes correspond to stronger unit price concessions, alongside exclusive benefits including priority production scheduling and free technical guidance. We adhere to a win-win long-term cooperation philosophy, willing to grow alongside clients to jointly develop local markets.
