PVC single-ply membranes provide a cost-effective alternative to TPO roofing systems while maintaining reliable waterproofing performance.
The membrane is manufactured from PVC resin with carefully selected plasticizers, stabilizers, and antioxidants. These additives enhance flexibility and improve long-term durability under environmental exposure.
As a thermoplastic material, the membrane can be installed using hot-air welding technology. Seam areas are fused under controlled heat to form a continuous waterproof joint with high structural integrity.
The system provides a peel strength of ≥80 N/cm, ensuring strong seam performance and watertight reliability.
Root Resistance and Chemical Stability
This PVC single-ply membrane is suitable for green roof applications and has been tested for root resistance performance.
It is also resistant to a wide range of chemical exposures, including acids, alkalis, and salts, making it suitable for industrial applications such as chemical plants and landfill sites.
The membrane width is 2 meters, reducing seam quantity and improving installation efficiency.
The system can be installed using mechanical fastening or adhesive bonding, followed by hot-air welding of seams.
Material Recyclability and Manufacturing Capability
PVC membranes are thermoplastic materials that can be reheated and recycled, supporting sustainable material utilization.
Our factory has over 12 years of manufacturing experience in waterproofing systems. We operate 4 production lines with in-house laboratory testing and ISO9001 certification.
We are a vice chairman unit of the Hebei Building Waterproof Association and have supplied products to major infrastructure contractors including China Railway and China State Construction.
We provide OEM services, free samples, third-party inspection support, and a 1-year warranty. Each roll undergoes full inspection prior to shipment.
The minimum order quantity is 100 square meters per specification.
