Our exterior decorative waterproof paint combines these functions into a single product. It provides both waterproofing and decorative finishing in one system.
It is applied by roller or brush, and two thin coats are sufficient.
The coating is water-based, highly elastic, and designed for exterior wall applications. The color remains bright for 10 to 15 years without fading, powdering, or cracking.
How This Exterior Decorative Waterproof Paint Prevents Layer Separation
Traditional systems suffer from a common problem: the waterproof layer and decorative layer are separate materials. Because they expand and contract at different rates, separation occurs over time. This leads to air infiltration, water ingress, bubbling, and peeling.
Our exterior decorative waterproof paint is a single integrated coating system. Waterproofing and decorative functions are combined in one layer, eliminating interlayer separation.
The coating has an elongation of ≥200% and can bridge cracks up to 0.3 mm. It remains flexible as the wall moves, preventing cracking and delamination. At the same time, it is vapour permeable, allowing moisture to escape while keeping the substrate dry.
Simple Application and Factory Support
Old paint or tiles do not need to be fully removed. The surface only needs to be cleaned before application.
