Water-based polyurethane waterproof coating is a liquid-applied waterproofing material that uses water as the dispersion medium. It contains no organic solvents and is characterized by low VOC emissions and a low-odor formulation.
The product is environmentally friendly and suitable for indoor and confined-space applications where solvent-based materials are restricted.
After application and curing, the coating forms a continuous, seamless waterproof membrane with no joints or overlaps, effectively preventing water penetration.
It is suitable for roofing systems, basement waterproofing, bathrooms, and other structural waterproofing applications.
The material can be applied on both damp and dry substrates, depending on site conditions and system requirements.
Mechanical Performance and Flexibility
The coating exhibits high elongation capability ranging from 300% to 600%, allowing it to accommodate substrate movement and minor cracking without failure.
It maintains flexibility under low-temperature conditions and dimensional stability under elevated temperatures.
The cured membrane provides strong adhesion to concrete, mortar, metal, and ceramic surfaces, ensuring long-term bonding performance without delamination.
Application Methods and Construction Efficiency
The material is a single-component system and does not require on-site mixing.
It can be applied using roller, brush, or spray equipment, enabling efficient coverage of large areas with minimal labor input.
Once cured, the coating forms a continuous elastomeric waterproof layer with no seams or joints.
