Reinforced concrete roofs are exposed to continuous thermal cycling, including high temperatures in summer and low temperatures in winter. This results in repeated expansion and contraction of the concrete substrate.
This concrete roof waterproofing membrane is designed to accommodate such structural movement. It offers high flexibility and tensile strength, allowing it to adapt to substrate deformation without cracking or rupture.
The system is suitable for reinforced concrete roof structures, which represent the most widely used roofing type globally.
Multi-System Installation Options for Different Site Conditions
This concrete roof waterproofing membrane offers four installation methods depending on site conditions:
- Torch-applied system: heat-welded bonding using a gas torch
- Self-adhesive system: cold-applied peel-and-stick installation without open flame
- Cold adhesive system: applied using liquid adhesive on prepared substrates
- Wet substrate application: cementitious bonding on damp surfaces
Selection of installation method depends on project conditions and construction requirements.
The membrane is available in thicknesses of 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm, and 4.0 mm, with standard roll lengths of 7.5 m and 10 m, and a width of 1 meter.
Manufacturing Capacity and Technical Performance
Our factory operates four production lines with an annual output of approximately 10 million square meters of waterproofing membranes.

The membrane achieves water impermeability of 0.3 MPa for 120 minutes, with no leakage.
Heat resistance ranges from 85°C to 105°C depending on material composition. Low temperature flexibility ranges from -5°C to -25°C.
We support OEM customization, provide free samples, and accept third-party inspections. Each roll is fully inspected before packaging.
We offer a 1-year warranty. Standard production lead time is 7 days. The minimum order quantity is 100 square meters per specification.
